Plan your garden pub party
A good booking starts with the right pub, enough usable space and the equipment you need. Here is what to check before reserving your date.
Tavern or Hog’s Head?
The Tavern is listed at 6.5m × 4.5m × 4.2m high. The larger Hog’s Head is listed at 8m × 5m × 5.8m high. These are the pub dimensions, not the complete setup clearance: allow us to check room for anchoring, the blower, entrances and safe access.
Pub Pack or Party Pack?
The Full Pub Pack adds five wooden tables, ten benches, an LED-lit bar and ceiling lighting. The Full Party Pack adds the Jukebox Bar with Bluetooth music, microphone and RGB party lighting for a livelier setup.
Furniture takes up space inside the pub. Tell us your guest numbers and whether you want seating or dancing. Equipment is limited, so a free pub date does not automatically guarantee a complete pack.

Ground, access and power
Send a photograph of the proposed area, its measured width and length, and details of gates, steps and vehicle access. Tell us whether the surface is grass or hardstanding and where power is available. We confirm whether the location and setup arrangements are suitable.
Weather and safe operating conditions matter. Final suitability must be checked; a photograph or visualiser cannot guarantee that a pub will fit or can be used safely.
Booking and payment
For the Tavern, Hog’s Head, The Bar and both packs, use the partial-payment option to pay 35% of the original hire cost plus delivery/setup upfront, then the remaining hire balance on completion of the hire. It is a part-payment towards your hire. PARTY10 reduces the remaining hire balance when using that option.
You can also choose full payment. Choose Klarna at checkout if offered; eligibility and payment options are decided by Klarna. Financing the checkout partial payment does not also finance the separate hire balance. The Tiki Bar uses 25% of hire plus delivery/setup upfront; checkout shows your actual amounts.
